Possible miss charge and cancelling

Hello,
I’m a little confused. I started on free WordPress and though it was what I needed so paid for the next up plan, but it didn’t have what I needed so I went to the business plan. I was charged the $47.88 for the personal plan and then when I upgraded I got charged $81.12 for the new plan, why didn’t it subtract what I had already paid, since I upgraded?I spent more time playing around and trying to get my website to what I wanted and WordPress is a little too powerful and complicated for what I’m going for. I cancelled the plans and am only being refunded $64 of the total $129 I was charged.
Can you please clarify these discrepancies?

You have to be logged in under it.

I had a look at your account and there were two purchases:
1. A Personal plan
2. A Premium planYou had been partially refunded for the Premium plan but I’ve now refunded both plans in full.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
