Possible phishing attempt?

I wasn’t sure where to report this, but it seems my blog–and apparently, a lot of other WordPress sites, too–have been blatantly copied, including the login form.
If it were just my site, I would have complained to the admins myself, but the WordPress.org site has been copied, too.
The domain in question is downloadvv.com.
Their replica of my site can be found here:

The first time I tried, I got a 504 Gateway Timeout error, but the second time, I was able to load them again. A friend of mine also confirmed this.
Yes, I cleared my cache before attempting to load the sites. -

Hmm, I don’t want to prematurely conclude anything, but as of now, I can’t connect to downloadvv.com at all. Perhaps it’s finally been taken down?

You would go to the host to have the site taken down
