Possible Refund/Help

Hello. I am trying to set up a website and I think I bought all this stuff for a blog. I am looking to do a whole website with paypal and all, and I did this all wrong. I do not want to do anything with my blog, but I had already paid for a year hosting, a theme and a custom domain name. Almost $200 worth of stuff and I did not want that on the BLOG. Is there anyway you can refund me so I can continue to make a website? Or is there any way you can transfer some of that to the actual website when I start to build it?
