Possible?: Static Comments Page

    I have searched on two occasions and not found this anywhere in the forums.
    Is there a way to make a static page that contains perhaps the most recent 50 comments?

    The widget is limited to 15, and I’d like to do a full-page presentation of comments, with far more comments.

    Is this possible? Can anyone provide the code for the static page?

    As far as I know, the only way you could do this is to create a page and then copy and paste the comments into it. There is certainly nothing that will automatically do what you want here at wordpress.com. It would require “hacking” wordpress” and making calls to the database, neither of which we cannot do.

    That’s really too bad. I figured a slight modification to the comments widget code would do it. Oh well. :)
