Possible to add a small text div to all pages?

    The person I am working with wants a small div added just below the header that has the three sentence statement of purpose. I am fairly fluent with CSS/HTML, so I figured this wouldn’t be a problem until I realized there was no index page to access.

    Is this just something that can’t be done on wordpress, or is there a way around it? I just wanted to make sure there wasn’t something I’m missing (as I’ve never really uesd wordpress) before giving up.
