Is it possible to add a discussion forum similar to vbulletin to my wordpress.com blog site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can’t add a discussion forum into a WordPress.COM site. You can however have a link to an outside forum, there seem to be several free forum sites out there. I have seen no specific recommendations for providers, your best bet is to Google something like “free forum”

this is a good free forum , i help in 2 forums which use this and it seems easy to set up

if you want to see it running go to computerhope.com but its going about 8 years so there has been a lot of work done with it
