  i’m quite new to wordpress
  wish to check is it possible to add a mini chatbox or like tagbox to my blog?

  As far as a chatbox, there is a meebo widget available for you in presentation > widgets.

  meebo is the only option we have. If you’d like to use it there are good instructions here:

  We cannot use external plugins or widgets here, only the ones listed under presentation > widgets.

  If you type cbox or shoutbox into the search box you will get quite a few threads on the subject.
