Possible to decrease margin width for whole page in Fresh & Clean?

  I’m totally new to CSS and HTML, and I’m wondering how I would change the margins on my site. I want to widen the text area and decrease the width of the side margins. I tried to follow the CSS for beginners example, but it didn’t seem to work in the preview. Any help is very much appreciated! Thanks!

  I just checked http://integratinghealth.net/ and I see that it’s using the Forever theme, not Fresh & Clean. Did you switch?
