possible to delete/hide meta?

  Hi. New to all this and not very tech savvy. i was wondering if there was a way to remove the list of META or hide it in some way. I am not sure exactly what all those things are or do, but seems it isn’t very useful to visitors to my blog. I think it gives the blog page a very cluttered look. Also, is there any way to change the name ‘blogroll’ to something else?

  I am totally loving wordpress and learning all about this. Hope I posted my question correctly.

  b) “Blogroll” will automatically change if you add links in Links > Add New and file them under one or more link categories: then the title(s) in the widget will be thecategory or categories you used.
