Possible to disable copy and pasting on blog?

Hello folks, I was wondering if there was a way I could make it so people wouldn’t be able to highlight and copy and paste the text found on my blog? I’d like to do this to further protect stuff posted on my blog.

Also when you post to this forum we require the complete and clickable URL for the blog in question starting with the prefix http://
That way we don’t give the wrong answers as many who post are not clear on the differences between wordpress.COm and wordpress.ORG.
If you would like to link your wordpress.COM blog to your wordpress.COM username that’s easy to do. Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to ‘Account Details’. In the spot where it says ‘website’ fill in the complete URL for wordpress.COM blog starting with the prefix http:// and then save the changes.
