Possible to display photos from another users instagram?

  There used to be some WordPress plugins that could do that as long as you knew the Instagram Userid. Is there any way to do this on a WordPress.com blog with a widget or plugin?

  I work for an ngo and am interested in integrating some of my employers latest photos if possible…

  Yes, you can. Like you mentioned as long as your have everything you need (username and password) to authorise access to the said Instagram account, you can use the Instagram widget here on WordPress.com to achieve that. You can use this support document and follow the instructions:
