Possible to have another blog setup on a “page”?

Is it possible to make pages blogs as well? Apart from the “home” blog. E.G. the “SFV Assignments” or “Video” pages on my blog. virverborum.wordpress.com

No but you can link to another blog. There is only one dynamic page in a blog and we cannot post to more than one page. What’s critical is to understand when creating a website structure the following:
1. The differences between pages and posts and the impact of choosing to restruture a blog to become page based.

Although we cannot post to more than one page in a blog we can create the appearance that we have done that by setting up a custom menu and displaying Categories in tabs along the horizontal navigation menu. That feature is available for some themes but not for all themes.

OOPS! I just noticed this was in the CSS forum but I am aware that CSS editing cannot be used to change how blogs function. It can only be used to change appearnce.

Definitely cannot be done with CSS. See the last link Timethief provided on how to organize posts and have them “appear” as if they are on separate pages. You can then put those categories into the top navigation and it will appear like things are on separate pages.
