Possible to have title and tagline above the header image?

    Hi,
    I am wondering if it is possible to put the site title and tag line along with social media links above the header image in the Rosalie theme? I feel this would give a much cleaner look to the overall appearance of my client’s site.

    Hi there, due to the way the CSS and HTML are done for the header elements in Rosalie, I don’t see a way to do this and have it work cleanly for all screen/window sizes.
