Possible to remove 'leave a comment' tab from my theme?

  I blog at http://verosb.wordpress.com and my theme is Pink Touch 2. I don’t want people to leave comments. It is possible to remove the ‘leave a comment’ tab from underneath each post?

  Hi there,
  This page > Settings > Discussion
  Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/
  We can also override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any post or page.
