Possible to see different themes and how people use them?

I’m still deciding which theme to use and would find it very helpful to see examples of certain themes that other people are using. For example, I like Andreas 09 (except for the orange header!) but would love to see how it actually ends up looking when filled with posts and the other blog features. Also, I would like to see that flexible width in action.
I also like Ocean Mist because of that big header that I can upload a picture to, but I notice that it has ”category navigation at the bottom of the page.> I’d like to see how people fill that header and also what a category navigation looks like. I’m not clear on what that is.
Is there a section here when I can check out themes as used by different people?

There is no way to search for WP.com blogs using various themes. You might just try the random Next Blog feature in your grey admin bar.

Andreas09 is a well-designed theme, but flexible width is more inconvenient for beginners: if you include images in your posts, you’ll have more trouble properly arranging them in relation to the text.
And please quit that thing about the orange header: Andreas09 has 14 different color schemes to choose from.

You might try asking in the off topic forum for people to post links to their blogs with the themes you are interested in.
