Possible virus/malware (or not)

  On the ‘show all posts’ page , when opened, a small banner is appearing across the list.

  I’m requested to take part in a 5-second survey.

  Is this a wordpress survey/ad?

  Neither my anti-virus nor malware are alarmed. Should I be?

  sounds like a WordPress.com survey – I did one – one question – yes or no answer

  Update: After I went ahead and clicked on it, I answered a question but then the same thing came up again – encouraging me to do a 5 second survey – so I assume its a different question the second time round? Otherwise, I think I can be forgiven for thinking its a nuisance.
