Possible Website Hack/Something Else

  Good evening,

  We’ve discovered that our website was turn into white page and message ‘503 Service Temporarily Unavailable’ ‘nginx/1.11.3’ and we sadly don’t know if our website was hacked since we can’t even login to our admin page to login to find out what’s going on. Any thoughts on what could that mean? We did follow the roots and notice the website is not expired.
