possibly a trouble shooting issue ? not sure

    WordPress will allow me to long on but wont allow me to post anything or download any documents onto my website . not sure what to do . I’d like to speak with a live representative .

    Hi hierbacare,

    Your WordPress.com account has been activated, so you should be able to publish content and upload media. What happens when you try and makes changes to hierbacare.wordpress.com? For example, there is an error message.

    If you haven’t done so already, please try clearing your browser cache:

    And check that Javascript is enabled:

    If those steps don’t make any difference, could you try using a different browser to see whether the same problem occurs there?
