Possibly related posts: (automatically generated)
-
Hello,
I just want to comment about the “Possible related posts: (automatically generated) feature.
I believe that this feature has been designed as a Blog Post Promotion tool. And that’s great! But what would be its use if linking and promoting posts in other blogs instead of mine?
I would rather link back to my own posts and keep visitors in my own blog.
And this is what we see in Blogger blogs today. After reading a post you get the chance to visit related posts within that blog only.Is there a way of getting rid off this feature or being able to link to my own posts manually?
Thank you.

I think the same rule should apply to tags. I’d like to use tags but currently, if someone clicks on one of my tags, it takes them to other people’s posts with the same tags, not to posts on my blog only that share the same tags. For that reason, I’m not able to take advantage of tags, although I’d like to. I have visited Blogger sites that only take you within the same blog and I wish WP had that feature.

Also, thank you for the advice on turning off automatically generated related posts. Unfortunately it seems to be an all or nothing feature. If I turn it off, it also means my posts won’t show up as related posts on other blogs, even if THEY don’t turn the feature off. Is that correct?
