Possibly Related Posts broken link every time

  Hi,
  I was wondering if anyone could tell me why every “possibly related posts” starts with a dead link to a post I created briefly once and deleted called “Welcome”? It even pops up with a preview showing the 404 not found. Go check it out at ben1001001.wordpress.com.
