  I have a problem!
  In the de opiton Write/post only appers the Code mode.
  The visual mode don’t appers!
  with other users using my machine it appers.

  there is some place that i can turn In this feature?

  Dashboard -> Users -> Your profile -> Check the box for the rich text editor and click on the Save Changes button.

  It happens on occasion.
