  To create a new post, click on Posts ->Add New in your dashboard. To edit existing posts, click on Posts ->All Posts ->Edit.

  For pages it’s Pages ->Add New or Pages ->All Pages ->Edit.

  If you haven’t yet, please work through the “Learn WordPress” support doc (http://learn.wordpress.com/) and the “Video Quick Start” tutorial (http://en.support.wordpress.com/video-quick-start/). These documents cover adding posts and pages and several other basics you need to know.
