Hello,
I want all my post to be on the main page which they are, but I also created 3 pages which are called, Travels, My kitchen and Food Finds, how can i categorized my post so they go to the correct page I’ve created?
Also How do i delete the theme name all the way at the bottom of my page and write something else?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

First, you have to assign those categories to your posts in the post editor or the All Posts page. https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/

You are not allowed to remove the WordPress.com and theme links at the bottom. They must always remain visible and clickable. Changing this is a violation of the Terms of Service (#11) and will get your site suspended.
To add your own information to the footer you need to edit the theme’s CSS, and for that you’ll need the Custom Design upgrade.
