Post Appearance

  Hello,
  I just posted my 17th post on my blog and it appears as a link that readers must click to read the post. My first 16 post appear as the complete narrative that I wrote, and I can’t seem to find anything I did differently for this most current post. How do I get my new post to appear as a narritive rather than the link? Thanks.

  Hi,

  Did you post javascript or flash codes at your post? Because WordPress does not support javascript or flash. Or, try to go into your blog, with another browser (like Google Chrome). Hmm, i can’t think something else!

  @rite2run
  Please edit the post in question and remove ” more tag”.
  If you are using the HTML editor delete <!–more–> and click “update” in the Publish module.
  If you are using the Visual editor then see this entry so you know how to delete “the more tag” and then click “update” in the Publish module.

  We always welcome new Volunteers, provided they post into threads only when they are sure they have a correct and relevant answer to questions posted or a solution to issues posted. Our aim it to help bloggers solve issues but so far you have not been doing that well if at all. Will you please reconsider your approach?

  Familiarize yourself with ALL support documentation. Learn how to search using WordPress.com search, Staff Questions search, forums search, and Google search. Then please do not post into a thread unless you are convinced you have a viable solution to the issues, or correct answers to the questions posted. When you do post backup your viable solutions and/or correct answers with links to information on the WordPress.com site. Thanks for listening so we can all work together harmoniously to help others.

  Hi timethief,

  I agree that i am a little bit….”nervous, not very welcome” and not very well at talking, but if i say something wrong, just its my fault. Although i am not very good with my english, or i don’t understand very well some things, again sorry i just wanted to help.

  Not to worry. As this issue has nothing whatsoever to do with Javascript, I was prompted to post my comment to you. We Volunteers have a diversity of skills and lots of WordPress.com and WordPress.org experience. We do welcome newcomers and I tried not to sound harsh above, but we really try hard to not to create confusion when we post. By all means your help and everyone’s help will be welcomed if they use the approach I posted above. :)
