  Can i sett up a featured image posting by Email?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I’m afraid that featured images is one of the few things that can not be set within post by email. If you so desire, you can always log in later either with your desktop or your smartphone (via one of our apps) and set the featured image there once the post has gone live however.
