  Hi, I cannot find the bottom where I can enable posting by email,

  because the look of dash board is quit different than that’s on the support page below.

  You can enable posting by email under your WP Admin Dashboard; you can access this by adding /wp-admin/ to the end of your site address. For example, http://gumitest2.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
