  Hi I have created a new blog and wanted to use the post by email features. I did use this feature, before, but for some unknown reason to me, I can’t seem to find this option. Can any one tell me where it is. Also there is dashboard or WP admin buttons as well.

  Hi there, if you are referring to a site hosted here on the WordPress.com platform, you can enable the “Post by Email” feature in your global WP Admin dashboard by following this guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/

  Hi, I tried that, I do not have the WP admin button (dashboard) on my site. If I log in via my mobile phone I can see these options but not on my desktop. I need these options on my PC browser.

  I am still having issues with my free WordPress blog.
  I cant see dashboard or WP admin links on left pane menu when using my desktop. I can see these option when log in to WordPress app on my phone ,but that is very inconvenience. The post by email is not working. I sent an email from my phone but it has not arrived yet.

  I had another word press blog and never have these issues. please help

  What is the address of your site? Is it definitely hosted here at WordPress.com? If so, and if it was created within the last couple of years then a wp-admin link won’t be included in your lefthand menu. You can of course still access it by adding /wp-admin to your site address.

  No worries, thanks for pointing that out. You should be able to reach the Post by Email setting using the global dashboard at https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

  If you don’t see Post by Email listed in the columns, you may need to enable it in the Screen Options tab at the top of your screen. You may also need to refresh the page if the Enable button doesn’t appear after checking the box in Screen Options.

  Thank you very much. I added the “/wp-admin” at end of my site’s address and things seemed to work. Thank you very much.
