    I enabled post by email on my WordPress blog and when I post using an outlook.com email, it works well but when using a zapiermail.com domain, it doesn’t work at all.

    Is there a restricted list of email providers that can post by email?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there, are you able to send and receive emails from the zapiermail.com email address normally?

    You will need to use an email client that supports rich text or HTML formatting in order to make use of post by email. Can you check the settings for your zapier account and see if it is set up to use rich text or HTML formatting when sending emails?
