  Is there a way that my post by email appear in the sidebar instead of the posts?

  No. Sidebars are for widgets. All posts appear in the blogging space for posts. If you wish you can place a Recent Posts widget in your sidebar and it will display title links to your recent posts.

  ok thank you, so is there a way I can have Google Alerts automatically be posted on the sidebar?

  I’m sorry but we can’t use Javascript widgets like Google Alerts widgets on WordPress.com blogs.
