Post by Email to Page or Category?

  We will be having several contributors to our various blogs.. and I hope that each of them can use the post by email function to post to their own page. Is there a way to allow them to post only to their individual page via email? If I need to use categories, I can do that too. But pages seemed to be the way to go. I want them to be able to update their pages on their own.. and hopefully through email.
