Is ‘Post by Voice’ an option that all the ‘Blogs’ users can take part in, not just the owner?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It appears to me that “post by voice” can be used by the official users of your blog who have been given the status that enables them to do so. However, I have not tried this so I cannot say that’s the case for sure.
