Post By Voice calls are not being routed currently.

    Hello,
    For the past few weeks we have been unable to see our blog’s post by voice calls appear as posts. (The last successful call was on 4-27-22) The phone numbers and different extensions work as they always have, and the auto attendant still takes our messages and gives the usual ‘Sweet!’ reply, indicating success. But no calls are currently reaching their respective blogs after hang up, or generating .mp3 files in our Media folder. I have tried regenerating the phone numbers, but new numbers do not work either. There does not seem to be any troubleshooting for this feature and we have been using since 2010 without issues until now. Is this a feature that is being deprecated or cancelled? Or is it just a matter of something in the background being out of date or misconfigured? There does not appear to be anything we can do on our end. Many thanks for any insight into this little known, but greatly appreciated feature.

    I can confirm that this feature has been fixed and should be working as normal. Are you able to post by voice successfully if you try now?
