Post by Voice is not working

    I am trying to get “post by voice” to work. When I read the instructions at http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-voice/, I see in step # 2 that I am supposed to click “enable”. For the life of me I do not see this feature anywhere. I have checked in both IE and Firefox. I don’t know if I am missing it or if it is legitimately not showing up. Can anyone lend some insight for what I need to do to get to “enable” after being in “my blogs”? Thank you so much.
