“Post-by-Voice” Questions

  I see the “Post-by-Voice” use a phone no. that starts with a (704) area code, so I guess you’re paying long distance charges for every minute you are on it. Does this just use standard long distance charges or are there other additional charges that apply?

  Also can I use Skype to post a Blog for Free?

  Skype’s long distance rate is 2 cents a minute at the moment.
