‘Post Carousel’ and ‘Blog Posts’ blocks not displaying any posts.

My homepage has 1 ‘Post Carousel’, 2 ‘Blog Posts’, and 2 ‘Query Loop’ blocks. The ‘Query Loop’ blocks are working as intended, but no matter what I do, the Post Carousel and Blog Posts are always empty. I’ve tried blocking categories, selecting a specific post, removing all other blocks from my homepage, but nothing does it.
What is the issue?

Just to confirm, we’re talking about the site gamesinorbit.wordpress.com, is that right? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you see on your end when previewing your homepage? When checking on my end, I actually do not see any of the content.

Yes, that is right. I think the blocks are just not included at all if they’re not displaying any content. Here is what I see in the editor:

I’ve some tests on the site, and I believe at this stage, this is happening because there’s no featured image set in the blog posts.
Are you able to set a featured image for the posts please?
This will help us to confirm if this is a known issue.

My latest post already had a featured image, but publishing more posts and setting featured images for them seems to have solved the issue. I imagine once there are even more posts, all of the blocks will be working as they should.
