Post carousel not allowing choice of feed category

I’m trying to add a post carousel to a page, but it won’t let me choose the feed category. It only allows me to select the default. I’ve done this before on other pages without issue. I’ve changed browsers too with no luck. Suggestions?

At some point, it worked for sec. I was able to choose the feed to add the latest post in full, but not the gallery. Then I couldn’t change it again or add a carousel with the feed choice. This is all specifically done on this page: https://fallslakeacademy.com/covid-19-news/
For obvious reasons, I need this to work ASAP.
