Post Carousel Title Text

Hi there,
I have been sifting through the forums for days trying to figure out how to remove the text from under my images for my post carousel. It is on a page that is not the home page. It seems to need some CSS so that it is just a slider of images.
Because I set the carousel up to be just images, the featured image is now displayed across the top of each post. have tried all the plugins recommended bc Verity theme does not have the checkbox option to not display the featured image.
Help! Thanks!
