Post categories disapiers

  Hi, I’m having an issue with WordPress post categories. I have more than 100 categories, but when I open the post editor, not all of them are showing up. However, when I add a new category to a post, it appears in the editor, but other categories disappear. Why is this happening? I am using the Astra Free theme.
