Post chronology very confusing to my readers, me too :O/

New posts at bottom of page?
Readers are having to pan all the way down to the bottom of the page to read the newest posts. I read the comments on posting but still does not make sense. In one recommendation I am told to change the posting date on the post editor, but if I do that my readers think what I am posting occurred on a different date. Very confusing.
Grateful for the free service. I was hoping to eventually pay for an upgrade but this is not working. Again thank you.

Well, stop doing what you are doing.
When you make regular posts, they go in order, with the newest at the top.
If you set a post as Sticky, it screws up this order. If you set all your posts as Featured on some of the new themes, it screws up this order. If you’ve set your posts as Sticky or Featured, undo that on all of them.
