Post code search and then to certain pages

  Hi,
  Not sure if this required lots of configuration or if a plugin exists.
  Basically I need to create a site which is a takeaway delivery service. So the visitor would type in their postcode on the home page and depending what is entered depends on which page they are fowarded to.

  If they live close enough to our location then they are sent to the order page, if not they are sent to a page saying we don’t deliver to this area at the moment.

  an example of another site is https://one-delivery.co.uk/, It’s not wordpress but the same result I need.

  Designing everthing else on the site is fine but I’m stuck on how to do this.

  Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
