Post contents, Pages, Medias – all gone!

Hi there, this morning I logged into my draft post hoping to edit them. It was extremely laggy so I decided to log off and on again. Somehow now I am not able to see my posts anymore – the titles exist but the contents disappeared. I also tried non-drafts and pages and they were the same. My media page also does not seem to be running. Can you please help? I am very concerned.
