Post Date a Blog Post

  Hi – I cannot find the place in settings where I can change the date of a blog post. I am creating new posts today, and have not published them yet. I would like to post date some of my posts. How do I do that? Thank you.

  Hello Maria,

  You can edit your blogs’ date and time from:

  • The ‘Publish’ box in the editor of your blog post. If you click the Edit link related to the calendar icon you should be able to change the date and the time of the publication. When done, click OK and then Update to save your changes;
  • From your Dashboard go to Post>All Post, hover the post you want to change and click Quick Edit. Once you’re done, don’t forget to hit the Update blue button to save your edits.

  Please note that if you date your blog post for a future date, it will get scheduled. If you put a past date though, (ie. 23rd Nov 2015), it’ll automatically get published and visible, if your website is visible to the public.
