I’ve marked this thread for Staff assistance as they can see the record of activity on your site and which username did what.

Other people can gain access to your WPcom account if your email account has been compromised so please go right now and change your password there. You will also want to change your password on WPcom as well.

@lifevillageblog: The posts were deleted about a month ago with your account.

We can’t restore permanently deleted posts. If you recall the URLs to your deleted posts, you can try finding caches of their content by searching the Wayback Machine or something similar: https://archive.org/web/

I also recommend you ensure that only one person has access to a given WordPress.com account. Each person ought to create their own WordPress.com account, and you can grant them specific privileges for managing your site:

Unfortunately the person who did that, already had the password to get it as he was an employee at that time.
I changed every password i could.
Could you indentify from which region, or city or day…or anything that can help me track the movements inside the blog?
Can i get a list of login from Semptember 1, 2015?

as he was an employee at that time.

I’ve marked this for Staff again although @chrisrudzki has already advised that WPcom cannot restore these posts and has given you a suggestion on how to retrieve them.

My feeling is that if this person made these changes to your website while they were an employee of your company and logged in with your account, that you may not have an avenue to pursue here, but you should certainly consult with a lawyer.

    @ Life:

At this point, I’d recommend you reach out to us privately at help@wordpress.com

But as JenT says, there’s really not much we can do at this point. A person who has your password has the ability to log into your account, and has full control over it, which is why we recommend against sharing your passwords under any circumstances.
