Post deleted, need the permalink

  Help! I accidentally deleted a post, with the permalink name: http://join.100daystohealth.info/?p=27. I can’t find it in my trash. I have to have that particular name as I have pointed to it in hard copy marketing letters. How can I create a new post and assign that permalink to it? Is it possible?

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
