Post Description when linking blog

Ever time I link my website or posts from my site, the correct feature shows up, but it has the wrong description. Instead of it showing what it’s suppose to, every post description shows ‘Exploring Kyoto’s Sagano Bamboo Forest – CNN.com’ and I have no idea why it is happening or where this info is coming from. It has nothing to do with my blog and I don’t have this posted anywhere on my site. When you click the featured image, it does bring you to the correct spot. It’s just that the description is completely wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
Most likely you either aren’t using a plugin that’s adding the correct open graph tags and other meta info to your post headers, or your plugin doing that is misconfigured, so if you’re using an SEO plugin on your site, please contact their support directly.
