post disappears after saving and after saying it's published.

I typed up my second post tonight. After saving a draft, I lost it. I re-typed it, saved it, lost it again. This has happened over and over. It happened on my first post. I couldn’t find it after typing it Sunday..it just vanished.. It now appears and I can’t find the one I typed tonight. It even said my 2nd blog/post had been posted. This is frustrating and I’m about to give up and forget about this blogging thing. I’ve been at this for hours. UGH. please help!
The title of my post tonight is “Bringing you up to speed to Point A: bodybuilding contest shape. My blog is titled: A personal trainer’s blog: I jumped off track and how I plan to get back on. Onthegeauxfitness is my domain name..I think that’s what it’s called. So new at this. :-(

Correction, I have a saved draft in here, but it’s not the correct one. It’s not the one with pictures that was “published”. I keep retyping this and adding pics back in and saving it but when I look at the draft it reverts back to a previous draft, with no pictures, etc.

We had an issue where on occasion, duplicate blogs were being created. This happened to you, so it looked like your post was missing. I’ve deleted the duplicate blog and everything should be working for you again. Please clear your browser cache so you can see the most up-to-date copy of your blog.

What is the URL of your blog?
What is the title of the missing post?
If the post was created on the dashboard of your own blog at Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New then you ought to be able to recover a lost post or page from revisions if needs be.

It is missing from the url page and dashboard. Under recent activity, it shows that I posted it, but when I click on it, my page comes up and says something like “page not found”

My url is “mrcounselorman.wordpress.com” The missing post that I posted earlier today (From a different computer) is “The perfect way to shovel snow.”

Thanks in advance for your help. Just trying to figure all this out.

You actually did nothing wrong at all. Our system automatically generated two duplicate blogs at the same address. We’ve fixed that glitch but it did hit a number of people over the past week or two.
