post disappears before publishing

  I’ve been writing my blog for 18 months and have done it the same way every time. I finish the post, add pictures and click preview. I check out the post as it would look in the blog and close it out. Sending me back to the post. I click on the publish button and nothing happens. I click it again and it disappears. All but the heading. I’ve rewritten the post four times and every time when clicking the publish button nothing happens. Then when clicking the publish button a second time it disappears. Why? How do I correct this this?

  How frustrating. I don’t know why this is happening. Have you checked to see if there is a post revision that you can restore? If you don’t see the module you may need to enable it in your screen options.

  thanks for your help. I tried to post this morning and it worked just fine! I did nothing to correct the problem. Just in a different city…
