Post display pattern

    I was wondering what could I do to change the display pattern of my posts. I don’t what my pages to be packed with full displayed old posts but rather a few new posts. So I was wondering if there’s a way I could make it to only show 7 new posts and create a ” click more button” for the former posts?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Right now your blog pages will show a maximum of 10 posts, then the “older posts” link to view more. To make that down to 7 posts visit your Reading Settings here:

    https://keggyskorner.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php

    On that page there’s an option called “Blog pages show at most” adjust that to 7.

    Scroll down the bottom and Save Changes. :)

    And that’s it!

    Any pages that would hold more than 7 posts will now only display 7, and automatically create the button for you.
