Post does not get published

  Hello.

  I ‘ve made a post through WordPress Editor, with some text, photos and hyperlinks.I press update then the post’s content disappears and nothing gets published.
  I also tried through Windows Live Writer where I have the post saved but the same thing happens.

  All I get is an empty post with the title only.What can I do to resolve the issue?

  Which browser you’re using? Sometimes, outdated browsers make your blogging very tough. Try upgrading them. Update flash. Enable java. Log-out and login. And then give it a try.

  Hello wpgaurav and thanks for replying.

  I work mostly with Firefox 7.01 (latest) but tried with IE9 too.All components you are reffering to are updated to their latest versions.

  – An update of my current situation in detail

  I sent my locally saved copy from Live Writer to WordPress as a draft.

  Now when I open Live Writer it retrieves the copy from WordPress drafts.It shows correctly inside Live Writer (as if the draft’s content is ok).

  When I copy and paste (from Live to WordPress Editor) the content appears again correctly on WordPress.

  When I publish the post, I get a congratulations message and when I view my post is empty – only the title appears.

  * In either WordPress Editor or Live Writer when I press the HTML tab, I get a code for the title then a BIG TEXT with no HTML meaning – like viewing binary code in alphanumeric charset.Could it be that there is some kind of corruption?

  **Also the pictures were downloaded straight from the Internet in a “copy image and paste inside WordPress Editor” fashion.Could this possibly produce problems?
