Post doesn't appear in followers readers

  I just posted a blog and it doesn’t appear in my followers reader. My wife says I can’t have more than 15 tags and categoires, but this post has only 3 categoires and 4 tags. this has happened to me at least one time that I know of. How can I make it appear to my followers?
